Footwork Dancesport Studio is affiliated to the NZ Federation of Dance Teachers and therefore provides the opportunity for students to undertake a dancing Medal Test at various levels in both Ballroom and Latin American dancing if they choose to.

These are internationally recognised medal tests and a great way to get feedback from an outside examiner on your dancing. Medal Tests range from Social level through to International level and are undertaken annually at the Studio.

On completion of your Medal Test you will receive a Medal Report Sheet with valuable comments, a Medal (from Bronze to Gold depending on the level of test you took) and a Medal Certificate.

Medal Tests are not compulsory and are provided for those students who have a dancing goal and wish to improve their personal performance. A great objective is to achieve your Gold Medal - this is generally danced in public as part of a glamour Gold Medal Test evening.

Doors open 6.30pm sharp - Cost $15 per person & BYO

This is our annual Ballroom and Latin Medal Presentation Evening and is not to be missed.
